Fulfillment of Services

At Single Take Creative, we provide custom WordPress development, digital marketing, AI integrations, and consulting services. Our fulfillment process varies based on the type of service purchased:

• Web Development & AI Integrations – Project timelines and deliverables are outlined in the agreed-upon proposal. Clients receive periodic updates and a final handoff upon completion.
• Digital Marketing & Content Services – All strategy, content, and campaign deliverables will be shared according to the project scope and agreed-upon deadlines.
• Consulting Services – Clients booking consulting sessions will receive confirmation via email, with details on scheduling and session access.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final once work has commenced. However, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns that arise during the project.

• Web Development & AI Projects – Due to the custom work involved, refunds are not available once project work has started.
• Marketing & Content Services – No refunds are issued for completed work, but we will offer reasonable revisions as outlined in your project agreement.
• Consulting Sessions – Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled at no additional charge. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
