1. Service Terms

By using Single Take Creative’s website and services, you agree to the following terms:

• All services are provided “as-is” with no guarantees beyond what is explicitly agreed upon in a separate written contract.
• Unless otherwise noted in a specific agreement, services are delivered based on the best professional standards and practices.

2. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

• All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital services and consulting, no refunds or cancellations are permitted once work has commenced.
• For recurring consulting services, customers are billed based on the agreed-upon schedule and are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
• Non-payment may result in terminated or suspended services.

3. Liability & Disputes

• Single Take Creative is not liable for losses resulting from third-party software, plugins, or integrations used in client projects.
• Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by law.
